About the Role

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Human Resources Director remote position at Dignity Health. In this pivotal role, you will oversee HR operations for Northridge Hospital Medical Center, aligning business objectives with employees and management while serving as a strategic consultant to executive leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead HR operations and direct the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a consultant on employee health, relations, labor relations, performance management, and training.
• Develop and implement workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives and workforce culture strategies.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoE) to deliver value-added services to management and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of HR or leadership experience, or a Master’s Degree with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, training delivery, and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and union relationships.
• Commitment to social justice and health equity.
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred.

• Proven track record in managing diverse teams.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits theory.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary range of $67.62 - $100.59/hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately $140,000 to $210,000.
