Human Resources Business Partner - Relocation Support

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Mission Assurance leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent HR projects, driving organizational change and process improvements.
• Drive talent identification and performance management initiatives to enhance employee retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
• Work closely with HR peers and Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless HR solutions.
• Engage effectively with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Leadership Development and Talent Management.
• Proficiency in Workday.
• Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense.
