About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Strategy Manager II to join our team in a remote capacity. As an HR Strategy Manager II, you will operationalize the HR strategy across the supply chain HR organization, ensuring a consistent, high-quality associate and leader experience. This role is pivotal in building core HR role clarity and interaction models that align field and corporate teams to standards and timelines.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of HR Core Roles, defining role purpose, accountabilities, and capabilities with RACI clarity across field and corporate HR teams.
  • Document and align strategic goals across the network, ensuring effective deployment and monitoring of our HR strategy.
  • Build annual development and training roadmaps for the entire HR team, focusing on curriculum, learning pathways, and assessments.
  • Coordinate change management efforts, including communications, training, and feedback loops.
  • Partner with the Director and VP of HR to activate the company HR Strategy through town halls and storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Experience in program management and change management responsibilities.
  • Preferred experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing role architecture and RACI.
  • Familiarity with building training plans for manager populations.
  • Experience in vendor and technology adoption support.
