HR Strategy Manager II - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Strategy Manager II to join our team at ADUSA Distribution. This HR Strategy Manager II remote position plays a crucial role in operationalizing the HR strategy across our supply chain HR organization. You will be responsible for building core HR role clarity, interaction models, and manager-level development plans, ensuring a consistent, high-quality associate and leader experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of HR strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment between field and corporate teams.
- Develop and maintain HR Core Roles with RACI clarity across HR teams.
- Document the HR interaction model to improve decision quality and reduce cycle time.
- Partner with HRBP teams to track strategic goals and oversee routines such as cadence calendars and leadership forums.
- Build annual development and training roadmaps for the HR team, aligning training content to business priorities.
- Act as a confidential partner for HR teams, supporting cultural improvements and providing consultative support on adopting HR standards.
- Coordinate change management initiatives, including communications and training for new HR strategies.
- Utilize analytics and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in program management and change management.
- Experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PMP are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights for strategic decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing role architecture and RACI.
- Familiarity with vendor and technology adoption support.
- Proven track record in building training plans for manager populations.
