About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at DID Global. This HR Manager - Remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape our HR practices and foster a positive work environment. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing team development and employee satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including candidate profile formation, job postings, and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to gather and analyze feedback.
  • Initiate and implement HR projects focused on motivation, development, and engagement.
  • Organize internal surveys, analyze results, and develop improvement plans.
  • Support a positive climate within the team by addressing moods and requests from team members.
  • Maintain internal HR documentation and update spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Organize corporate events, birthdays, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Resolve internal conflicts and interact with department heads to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or management preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager or in a related position.
  • Strong event organization skills and experience in communication with contractors.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and ability to work with analytics and feedback.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • High level of empathy, organization, communication skills, and initiative.
  • Access to personal technical equipment for remote work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Familiarity with HR software tools.
