HR Generalist - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team in a fully remote position. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our team and supporting our global workforce. This HR Generalist role is perfect for someone who is operationally strong and possesses a ‘Business Partner’ mindset. What You'll Do
- Enhance recruitment processes by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
- Conduct first-round interviews for operational roles as needed.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Continuously improve onboarding programs to create a globally aligned yet locally relevant experience.
- Assist in daily HR operations, including benefits enrollment and leave management.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline HR workflows and enhance data quality.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support performance review cycles and prepare training materials for manager development sessions.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of HR generalist experience with involvement in recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar for workflow automation.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Justworks, Deel) and ATS systems (e.g., Workable).
- Strong skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience working remotely with strong self-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented approach.
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with performance management tools (e.g., Lattice).
