About the Role

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team remotely. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategy with business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions that impact organizational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Co-own business outcomes by aligning people strategy with operational execution, ensuring reliable delivery and growth.
  • Partner with leaders to design organizational structures that enhance clarity and decision-making.
  • Build and sustain talent pipelines for critical leadership roles, driving leadership effectiveness through targeted development pathways.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring teams adopt new ways of working effectively.
  • Manage complex employee relations with confidence, ensuring compliance with Northern Ireland employment law.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to deliver high-quality HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Chartered MCIPD or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment and labor law.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting HR across multiple European countries.
