About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our people strategies and enhancing employee engagement across our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and support our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage talent development processes, including performance management and succession planning.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including Irish employment law.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in talent development and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of change management practices.
  • Familiarity with Windows and MAC administration.
