Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst to join our team at Keenfinity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while playing a crucial part in our Bill-to-Cash process. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth cash collection processes and effective coordination between our external service provider and internal teams. You will act as a central coordination point within the cash collection process, ensuring that all parties are aligned and potential issues are addressed in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

• Monitor B2C dashboards, aging buckets, and process performance indicators to ensure operational control.
• Validate the completeness and quality of Level 1 collection actions performed by the external partner.
• Identify process delays and ensure timely actions from internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate smooth communication between external partners and Keenfinity teams.
• Support in resolving delivery issues, invoice discrepancies, and customer-specific questions.
• Conduct basic root cause analyses and share insights with the B2C Global Process Owner.
• Contribute to process refinements and documentation updates.
• Maintain a clear overview of case ownership and next actions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or similar coordination roles.
• Solid understanding of cash collection workflows and dispute handling.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or German is an advantage.
• SAP FI/AR knowledge is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Power BI and/or advanced Excel skills.
• Affinity to work with Office 365 and other supportive IT tools.
