Senior/​Lead Business Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Exadel. With over 25 years of engineering leadership and a global presence, we are an AI-first tech company that collaborates with Fortune 500 clients like HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks. In this role, you will work closely with management and clients to identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs.
• Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
• Write software functional specifications, including use cases, mockups, and diagrams.
• Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation.
• Pass specifications (User Stories) to developers, ensuring they understand everything without missing details.
• Act as the main source of information about the product at all stages.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Understanding of requirements, their different types, stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management), and the full software development lifecycle.
• Skills in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Skilled in prototyping user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and effective interaction approaches (prompting).
• Background in leading and developing top-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Scrum knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience in AzDo is a plus.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Cloud, Microservices Architecture, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core services, Mongo, Azure SQL, Angular 20, Kendo, Python.
