We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager remote to join Reeds Rains, one of the UK's most trusted estate agency brands. As a Sales Manager remote, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow our newly opened Romford branch, making a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Lead the sales and lettings activities to establish the Romford branch as a market leader.
• Deliver outstanding service to landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants.

• Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Requirements

• A proven track record in estate agency, focusing on sales, lettings, or both.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Romford market is a plus.
