Seasonal Sales Assistant - Customer Service Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team at Squire's Garden Centres. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and are eager to contribute to a friendly and energetic environment. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant remote, your primary responsibility will be to support our customers and ensure they have an enjoyable shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries efficiently and courteously.
• Identify customer needs through interaction and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business succeed.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Knowledge of horticulture is beneficial.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
