Field Sales Team Leader - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Field Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Sector Alarm. If you enjoy working in the field and leading a winning team, this remote opportunity is perfect for you! As a Field Sales Team Leader, your primary mission will be to enhance the performance of your team of sales representatives. You'll coach them in real-time situations, focusing on prospecting, closing sales, and overcoming objections.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they excel in B2C direct sales.
• Conduct on-the-ground training and coaching to improve team performance.
• Motivate your team by leading by example and achieving personal sales goals.
• Recruit and develop your sales team, fostering a culture of success.
• Monitor KPIs and instill a results-driven culture within your team.
• Engage in direct sales activities, spending 80% of your time in the field.
• Participate in national and international challenges, including seminars and competitions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in B2C field sales, with a strong emphasis on physical prospecting.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Competitive spirit and a passion for winning.
• Ability to mentor and develop others, with a focus on performance improvement.
• Management experience is a plus, but your ability to excel in the field and inspire others is what truly matters.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a leadership role within sales.
• Familiarity with sales KPIs and performance metrics.
