About the Role

We are seeking a Health Care IT Help Desk Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at OCHIN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming health care delivery and promoting health equity through effective project management. You will lead cross-functional projects that impact nearly 6 million patients across the United States, ensuring that every individual has a fair opportunity to achieve their full health potential.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with OCHIN’s mission.
• Manage resources and workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitate clear and impactful communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement within project processes.
• Support the efficient delivery of integrated products and services, including Epic implementations and enhancements.
• Gather and analyze data for potential integrations to improve health IT services.
• Balance competing priorities and navigate constraints to ensure project success.
• Consult with senior leadership on project progress and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems is highly desirable.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials are a plus.
• Completion of a competency assessment is required before the team interview.
