About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Supplier Platform (Remote) to join our dynamic team at ezCater. In this role, you will take a lead position in designing and building services and features for our supplier platform. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will balance quality and speed while working on company-level priorities. You will also mentor developing engineers and contribute to engineering excellence, ensuring that we build meaningful software in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement backend services and features for the supplier platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver iterative solutions that meet user needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
• Develop relational data models and APIs that support our platform's functionality.
• Utilize automated testing and CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience, focusing on backend technologies.
• Proven success in designing and building relational data models and APIs.
• Experience with data visualization tools and BI tools like Tableau.
• Strong quality mindset with expertise in automated testing and CI/CD.
• Experience with feature flags and safe rollout techniques.

• Familiarity with in-product data visualization tools.
• Experience working in a collaborative and agile environment.
• Strong communication skills to give and receive feedback effectively.
