We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist - Remote to join our team at Greater Oregon Behavioral Health. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our members while working from the comfort of your home. As a Call Center Specialist - Remote, you will engage with clients, handle inquiries, and assist with data entry tasks, all while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional manner.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties to support the Medical Brokerage Call Center.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suites to manage information effectively.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely responses to member needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or medical office setting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Strong and reliable internet connection for remote work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
