Visual Quality Analyst - Remote Position

Monks is seeking a Visual Quality Analyst (Remote) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will ensure the quality of our digital campaigns before they are released. As a Visual Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for vetting visual work for industry-leading companies and establishing quality standards. What You'll Do

• Employ manual testing methods to assess the visual display of advertising assets.
• Ensure assets look correct on all browsers and devices, acting as the last line of defense against errors before public release.
• Maintain pixel-perfect designs and adherence to guidelines throughout the production process.
• Integrate visual QA into the production workflow, ensuring quality is prioritized at every stage.
• Educate team members on best practices for asset quality and visual standards.
• Be detail-oriented and ensure no misaligned pixels are overlooked in the final output.
• Utilize your strong aesthetic sense and technical detail orientation to enhance the quality of our digital campaigns.
• Manage workload effectively and demonstrate leadership skills within the QA team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant QA testing or design experience.
• Proficient English communication skills for clear feedback and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the asset creation process and timing for QA involvement.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with ticket tracking tools like Jira/Assembla.
• Specialization in visual and manual testing of digital assets.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and demonstrate leadership skills.
