Senior Business Analyst - Remote

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in formulating and defining systems requirements, ensuring that our products meet the needs of Federal agencies.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and document business and user needs, translating them into clear requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to prioritize and develop concise epics, features, and user stories.
• Build and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize your knowledge of radio spectrum management processes to inform product development.
• Work with tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation and workflows.
• Conduct research and fact-finding to develop a thorough understanding of applicable business systems.
• Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Proven collaborative abilities and innovative mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Prior experience working with or for the U.S. Military is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with radio spectrum management processes.
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards.
• Previous roles in digital services or government contracting.
