Head of Strategy & Operations - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Strategy & Operations to join our team at Crandon. This remote opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm, which specializes in alternative asset management. As the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will directly influence our growth trajectory and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute the growth strategy for Crandon as a multi-strategy platform.
• Define the business model, positioning, and value proposition for new verticals.
• Lead the institutionalization of the firm, focusing on governance, reporting, organizational structure, and processes.
• Identify and implement technological tools and operational systems that support growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team in evaluating new initiatives, alliances, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier strategic consulting, investment banking, alternative asset management, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of private markets, vehicle structuring, and institutional fundraising.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and operational execution.
• A builder mentality, with a passion for constructing and scaling a platform.
