Head of Strategic People Partnering - Remote Option
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Strategic People Partnering (Remote) to lead our People Partnering Team at the Civil Aviation Authority. In this role, you will drive the implementation of the People Strategy while ensuring that our values are integrated into our culture. You will be a key member of the CAA Leadership community, providing strategic leadership and expert advice to our Executive Committee and senior leaders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the People and Culture Strategic People Partnering strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Committee members, providing insights on culture, employee engagement, and leadership.
- Lead the Strategic People Partnering team to deliver tailored solutions based on data insights.
- Drive organisational change initiatives and ensure effective communication during transitions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in organisational change and business partnering.
- Deep understanding of HR disciplines including talent management and employee relations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions.
