About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Sales - Remote to lead our sales operations at Bitso. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the cryptocurrency sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring our sales teams meet their targets across various markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, with a proven track record in sales management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in emerging markets, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience building a commercial function from the ground up.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
