About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Recruiting to join Jasper, a leading AI marketing platform, in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruiting strategy and enhancing our hiring processes across the organization. As the Head of Recruiting, you will lead a talented team of recruiters, driving innovation and efficiency in our hiring practices while embedding AI into our workflows.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, establishing clear performance expectations and hiring goals.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting systems and processes that enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Elevate structured interviewing practices and improve assessment quality across the organization.
  • Optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, to drive clarity and accountability in our recruiting efforts.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Identify and integrate AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and interview preparation.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring high-quality hiring across all teams.
  • Own critical leadership searches as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling organization.
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on systems and processes.
  • Experience in implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, particularly Ashby.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making.
  • Comfort and curiosity in utilizing AI tools within recruiting workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
