Head of Recruiting - Remote Leadership Role
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Recruiting to join Jasper, a leading AI marketing platform, in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruiting strategy and enhancing our hiring processes across the organization. As the Head of Recruiting, you will lead a talented team of recruiters, driving innovation and efficiency in our hiring practices while embedding AI into our workflows.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, establishing clear performance expectations and hiring goals.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting systems and processes that enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- Elevate structured interviewing practices and improve assessment quality across the organization.
- Optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, to drive clarity and accountability in our recruiting efforts.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Identify and integrate AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and interview preparation.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring high-quality hiring across all teams.
- Own critical leadership searches as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling organization.
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on systems and processes.
- Experience in implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training.
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, particularly Ashby.
- Strong data fluency and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making.
- Comfort and curiosity in utilizing AI tools within recruiting workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
