About the Role

Modash is hiring a Head of Product Engineering to join their remote Engineering team. This is a full-time remote position where you will lead the engineering organization at Modash, based in Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia. As the Head of Product Engineering, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product development and engineering practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead the engineering organization, setting the vision and strategy for product engineering.
• Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality product development and delivery.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to align engineering efforts with product goals.
• Implement best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and continuous integration.
• Drive innovation and improvement in engineering processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Product Engineering or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience leading engineering teams, with a focus on collaboration and results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
