Head of Partner Network - EMEA Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Partner Network - EMEA Remote to lead and scale our manufacturing partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. This role is crucial for strengthening and expanding our supply base, ensuring partner success, and fulfilling customer orders for both local and global demand.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout the EMEA market.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to onboard high-quality partners in CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding.
• Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs, lead times, and quality.
• Drive network effects by fostering competition and strategic capacity planning among manufacturers.
• Lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B/e-commerce marketplace leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling supply networks within the B2B/B2C e-commerce landscape.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA (25%).

• Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Operational experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
