Head of Operations & Revenue - Remote SaaS Leadership

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Operations & Revenue to join our team at ScraperAPI, a leading enterprise-scale web scraping solution. This remote position is pivotal in driving our operational excellence and revenue growth as we integrate our recently merged SaaS business. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the scraping industry while working with a fully remote team of 50 professionals across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Own and enhance the company's operating model, ensuring effective planning and execution across teams.
• Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with data, finance, and engineering.
• Lead initiatives related to operational improvements and revenue strategies, including pricing changes and forecasting.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance coordination and documentation in a fully remote environment.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, transforming strategic goals into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, or business management within a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data management and operational reporting.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results in a remote, low-bureaucracy organization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a practical mindset.
