Head of Infrastructure Services - Financial Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure Services to join Anchorage Digital in a remote capacity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and build the infrastructure-as-a-service business within our Financial Infrastructure group. This position is highly technical and focuses on developing, managing, and executing the overall business strategy while overseeing the product roadmap and enabling cross-functional coordination to launch, operate, and grow this service.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of the business strategy for the infrastructure-as-a-service model.
• Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
• Interact with current and prospective clients to gather feedback on products and services.
• Establish pricing and revenue models for the infrastructure services.
• Support day-to-day business operations, including internal reporting and business development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or payments.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and public communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a high-ambiguity and fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software-as-a-service models.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in digital asset management.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a financial institution.
