Head of Growth for Imaging Business Line - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth for Imaging Business Line to join Anduril Industries, a leading defense technology company. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the Imaging sector, focusing on advanced technologies such as AI, computer vision, and sensor data. As the Head of Growth for Imaging, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of military capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a cohesive, data-driven growth strategy for the Imaging Business Line, targeting key stakeholders including OEMs, DOD PEOs, and federal agencies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and finance to drive business development.
• Lead initiatives to expand the Imaging portfolio across US and allied services, focusing on technologies that enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships essential to executing growth strategies and delivering innovative solutions.
• Deliver on financial performance metrics while building strategic market growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, and missile tracking.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Strong understanding of defense acquisitions and experience with new technology/product introduction.
• Willingness to relocate to Waltham, MA or nearby area and ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, MBA, or Military Sciences.
• Understanding of business operations and financial management.
