Senior Data Architect - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Architect to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will design and lead scalable data infrastructure across our organization. As a Senior Data Architect remote professional, you’ll play a key role in shaping our data strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain data architecture and data models that align with business goals.
• Build scalable data pipelines and data platforms to support various applications.
• Define data governance, security, and standards to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to optimize data storage solutions, including Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
• Utilize your expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL processes to enhance data workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and ETL processes.
• Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience in data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data governance and modeling.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading data strategy initiatives.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
