• Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding support and services tailored to our business customers.
• Organize engaging events for local businesses, facilitating networking opportunities and showcasing Metro Bank's offerings.
• Review new account applications meticulously to safeguard both customers and the bank from potential risks.
• Coach and inspire your colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our business banking customers.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of local businesses and market dynamics.
