About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Entertainment & Partnerships to join Supercell in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we expand our gaming universe beyond screens, engaging players through various entertainment formats. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to deepening player connections and driving engagement through innovative products and experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build Trust Across Company Leadership — Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with Game GMs, Leadership Team, and key cross-functional leaders.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate deeply with Game GMs and cross-functional partners to ensure E&P's vision aligns with company priorities.
  • Set the Bar — Inspire the team to pursue creative excellence and commercial impact, championing bold risks while focusing on player service.
  • Vision Stewardship — Continuously evolve the vision for how E&P can best serve our games and attract new players.
  • Ship and Scale — Balance development and delivery, ensuring products and experiences are market-ready and impactful.
  • Maximize Game Impact — Create systems that convert cultural moments into player growth through campaigns and in-game events.
  • Servant Leadership & Team Development — Empower your team by removing obstacles and fostering an environment for excellence.
  • Operational Leadership — Own E&P's budget, planning cycles, and organizational design, ensuring operational health.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (typically 20+ years) in senior leadership roles within global entertainment franchises or gaming-native franchises.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling multi-$100M franchises or entertainment portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a product and player-impact mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in high-autonomy, low-process environments.
  • Authentic passion for pop culture and fandom.
  • Strong franchise-building instincts and systems thinking.
  • Experience managing senior leaders and building teams.
  • Willingness to travel globally, especially to Helsinki (20-25%).
