Head of Engineering - AI-Driven GTM Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development of AI-driven GTM systems in a fully remote environment. As the Head of Engineering - AI-Driven GTM Systems, you will play a crucial role in transforming our client's revenue operations through innovative technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered GTM systems that enhance signal detection, enrichment, and campaign orchestration.
• Develop scalable backend systems using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Architect integrations across CRMs, APIs, data sources, and outreach platforms.
• Build reusable agent frameworks and SDK-like components for rapid deployment.
• Lead and scale a distributed team of engineers, establishing best practices for version control, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Mentor engineers transitioning from automation-focused roles to AI-agent and software engineering roles.
• Drive the shift from no-code workflows to code-first AI systems, evaluating emerging AI tools and automation frameworks.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and error handling, optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience building GTM automation systems in production, including enrichment workflows and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, webhooks, and multi-step automation logic.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience working with AI/LLM-powered systems, including prompt design and context handling.
• Deep understanding of outbound sales workflows and revenue operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers or technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Production-level engineering experience with scalable systems.
• Background in agencies, consultancies, or multi-client environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
• Active participation in automation, AI, or GTM engineering communities.
