About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our AI-driven GTM systems team. What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered GTM systems that enhance signal detection and campaign orchestration.
• Develop scalable backend systems using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Architect integrations across CRMs, APIs, and data sources to streamline workflows.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Drive the transition from no-code workflows to code-first AI systems, evaluating emerging tools and frameworks.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through effective monitoring and optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building GTM automation systems in production environments.
• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered systems and data pipelines.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Deep understanding of outbound sales workflows and revenue operations.

• Production-level engineering experience with scalable systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
