Gym Receptionist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're excited to announce an opening for a Gym Receptionist - Remote Opportunity at Iceking. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the fitness facility at Kings Gym while providing exceptional customer service to our members. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping others achieve their health goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by interacting with members, addressing queries, and assisting with membership upgrades.
• Maintain a clean and organized fitness area by tidying equipment and ensuring all spaces are welcoming.
• Disinfect and clean gym equipment, performing basic maintenance checks as needed.
• Supervise the gym floor, conducting regular checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Act professionally and uphold Kings Gym policies, especially during conflict resolution.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the fitness floor and cardio areas.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
• Promote current facilities and programs actively to members and potential clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with members.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Flexibility in scheduling to cover operations seven days a week.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations.

Nice to Have

• First Aid or CPR certification.
• Experience in sales or marketing within the fitness industry.
