Growth Strategist - Remote Role at AI Startup

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team at HappyRobot.Ai. This Growth Strategist remote position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our founding team to scale our go-to-market strategies and accelerate customer acquisition. As a key player in our growth initiatives, you will have the chance to drive impactful growth experiments and optimize our marketing funnels.

What You'll Do

• Drive and analyze growth experiments across various channels including email, outbound, and SEO.
• Build and optimize lead-generation strategies to effectively reach industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Own tools and processes to scale outreach and automate campaigns.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and enhancing conversion rates.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data to inform strategic decisions.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated extreme ownership and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy environments.

• Basic skills in copywriting and design.
• Familiarity with technical skills such as API integrations.
