Growth & Sales Builder - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth & Sales Builder (Remote) to join our dynamic team at ScaleSource. As a Growth & Sales Builder, you will focus on building pipelines and driving revenue growth while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Build lead generation systems and outbound pipelines from scratch to produce real leads and customers.
• Utilize AI tools to create compelling marketing content, including emails, landing pages, ads, and social media posts.
• Leverage automation tools such as Zapier and CRM workflows to enhance lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Engage directly with prospects and clients in a sales and business development capacity.
• Meet specific numeric performance targets, including leads, meetings, and revenue goals.
• Create a high volume of marketing content across multiple channels, generating qualified meetings and driving pipeline growth.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in building lead generation systems or outbound pipelines.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for creating marketing content.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to support lead generation processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, engaging directly with clients.
• Proven track record of hitting numeric performance targets.
• Experience creating 20 or more pieces of marketing content within a single week.
• Familiarity with industries such as coaching, staffing, legal, accounting, healthcare, or skilled trades.
• Ability to work at least 4 hours overlapping with U.S. Central Time.
