Growth Marketing Manager - Remote Position at Ruby Labs

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Ruby Labs, a leading tech company focused on innovative consumer products. This Growth Marketing Manager remote position is pivotal in driving user acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale the entire user acquisition strategy, focusing on CPA, conversion volume, and revenue growth.
• Design and execute a high-velocity growth engine, ensuring continuous creative testing.
• Generate and test 15-30 creatives in parallel, validating over 50 concepts daily using AI tools.
• Define successful campaigns based on strict performance metrics and initiate aggressive scaling of validated concepts.
• Launch localization efforts across priority languages and emerging markets.
• Maintain CPA discipline during scaling and build retargeting campaigns contributing significantly to conversion volume.
• Optimize campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure healthy unit economics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, particularly in user acquisition.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably to $5M+ per month.
• Experience managing high-volume creative testing pipelines.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI tools for creative production and prompt engineering.
• Advanced data analysis skills for extracting insights and making fast decisions.
