About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Manager - CEE Region (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Binance. As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, leveraging your expertise in marketing and data analytics to enhance user engagement and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Execute regional growth campaigns in collaboration with local and central stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Lead growth marketing promotions targeting user stickiness and platform ecosystem usage.
  • Establish marketing best practices using data-driven insights, including segmentation and A/B testing strategies.
  • Measure and report critical metrics progress to regional management and central leaders.
  • Develop marketing strategies to maximize long-term client value through customer segmentation and personalized user journeys.
  • Map out the user journey to increase conversion rates through effective operational campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign progress using data analysis and user feedback to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Drive platform innovations and community solutions through in-depth analytics and insight sharing.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Growth, Digital, or Marketing departments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities related to user behavior analysis and retention strategy development.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage initiatives from start to finish.
  • Experience in launching large-scale and targeted campaigns throughout the user conversion funnel.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Growth Hacking, Operational Management, and Data Analytics.
  • Strong interest in crypto and blockchain technologies.
  • Creative thinking for developing innovative product strategies and engaging campaigns.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in user segmentation and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
