Growth Data & Analytics Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Data & Analytics Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work approximately 20 hours per week for a duration of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension. As a Growth Data & Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data to drive growth strategies within the real estate sector.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards that track the full funnel from web traffic to conversion orders.
• Analyze performance across various channels including organic, paid, email, social, and internal activation.
• Deliver regular insights and recommendations to product and marketing leadership.
• Support localized pilot markets (Washington D.C., Atlanta, Phoenix) with market-specific performance reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement multi-touch attribution models to determine which channels drive the highest-quality agents and homebuyers.
• Improve tracking accuracy across campaigns, landing pages, and localized market efforts.
• Develop and manage A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, email flows, and in-product messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, marketing operations, or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience implementing attribution models and building multi-touch measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
