Growth Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at HelloFresh. This Growth Data Analyst remote position plays a crucial role in the Growth Analytics team, which is part of the larger International Marketing Analytics group. You will be the key contact for your Growth stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that directly influence decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing campaigns and improve channel targeting and efficiency.
• Translate complex business questions into meaningful analytics for stakeholders across multiple Growth channels.
• Create ad-hoc insights, conduct Lift Tests, perform A/B test analyses, and develop comprehensive reporting and visualization.
• Utilize various databases and programming languages to access, manipulate, and present data effectively.
• Collaborate with other analysts to improve the overall approach to Growth Analytics within the organization.
• Take ownership of your projects while being a team player who shares knowledge and insights with colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in Growth Marketing Analytics or related fields such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• A degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta AA, ADH).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BigQuery, with a strong desire to learn more technical skills.
• Expertise in building dashboards, particularly using Tableau.
• Experience in statistical modeling techniques such as regression, clustering, and time series analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a hands-on, can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.
• Marketing or product-related experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
