Graphic Designer Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer Consultant to join our team remotely. As a Graphic Designer Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming organizations through innovative design solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with HiveSmart Consulting, a company dedicated to delivering sustainable and measurable results through human-centric leadership. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of over 20 veteran consultants, bringing your design expertise to various projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design on-brand visual assets across HiveSmart, HiveStrong, and client projects.
• Collaborate with the communications team on newsletters and messaging visuals.
• Support pitch deck design and client presentation formatting.
• Create social graphics and video thumbnails in partnership with the social media specialist.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all design touchpoints.
• Organize and manage asset libraries effectively.
• Occasionally adapt templates or work with team-created content to meet project needs.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in agency or consulting environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, presentation, and social design examples.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and MS Office.
• Experience designing for multiple brands with distinct identities.
• Excellent eye for detail and brand alignment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing software.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
