About the Role

We are seeking a Global Workforce Planning Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in financial monitoring and controlling, contributing to various missions that enhance our operational efficiency and financial health.

What You'll Do

• Perform business monitoring, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and estimates for cash flow or P&L for affiliates of varying complexity.
• Lead a small team of analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and project management.
• Manage and coordinate projects within the affiliate, contributing to transversal group projects.
• Challenge complex financial analyses to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Outline key business analysis messages, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders.
• Build and control cash flow statements, optimizing cash generation through process improvements.
• Supervise cash KPIs and identify opportunities in working capital management.
• Manage bank relationships and ensure the optimal structure of bank accounts.
• Ensure local liquidity risk management and forecast accuracy for improved central cash and debt management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating projects effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
