Recruitment Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Groupe Beneteau, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and contribute directly to the performance of our recruitment team.

What You'll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process from defining needs to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with managers and HRBP to analyze recruitment needs and draft job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job postings and direct outreach via CV databases.
• Conduct phone pre-qualifications and evaluation interviews with candidates.
• Provide regular updates to managers and HRBP on recruitment progress and present activity reports.
• Enhance the visibility of Groupe Beneteau in the job market through effective communication strategies.
• Monitor recruitment performance using dedicated indicators.
• Act as an ambassador for Groupe Beneteau and its various roles.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or Business School (Bac +4 level) with at least 5 years of significant experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience in recruiting for technical and managerial profiles in both national and international settings.
• Strong client satisfaction focus with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Autonomous, analytical, and organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Agile working style with strong adaptability and responsiveness.
• Fluent in English, capable of discussing HR topics with diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the marine or industrial sectors.
