What You'll Do

• Supervise and manage the cleaning team at Sainsbury's, ensuring a high-quality cleaning service.
• Carry out cleaning tasks as needed to support your team.
• Recruit, train, and develop your cleaning staff, planning their rotas and work patterns effectively.
• Complete timesheets to ensure accurate payroll for your team.
• Monitor and manage health and safety protocols, prioritizing a safe working environment for all.
• Handle stock management and time recording efficiently.
• Address employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management within a cleaning or retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with stock management and time recording systems.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a workplace.
• Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations.
