Engineering Manager - Observability Suite (Remote)

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop the individual potential and strengths of your employees, supporting them in achieving their career goals.
• Design, develop, provision, and operate our Observability Suite services.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and correctness of the codebase.
• Understand customer needs and contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of the product.
• Lead the creation, validation, and sustainability of system designs, focusing on operational performance and improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Servant Leader with a passion for guiding teams.
• Strong background in software development and implementation, particularly with Golang and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing, architecting, and operating Cloud Services and/or Observability Services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Business fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
