Machine and Equipment Operator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Skeleton Technologies is revolutionizing the energy storage industry with a mission to create a completely emission-free future through electrification. We are looking for a Machine and Equipment Operator to join our team remotely. This role is critical as we establish the world's largest supercapacitor factory in Markranstädt, near Leipzig. As a Machine and Equipment Operator, you will contribute to our innovative projects and work with cutting-edge technology and advanced software.

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and ensure proper material loading.
• Conduct standardized maintenance measures to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and measurements on products to maintain high standards.
• Record relevant operations in the ERP system accurately.
• Assemble individual capacitors into customized modules.
• Collaborate with various departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and R&D.

Requirements

• Completed technical training (ideally as a machine operator, technician, or electrician).
• Experience in a production environment is desirable.
• Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system).
• Flexibility and readiness to engage in various tasks within the role.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of German and English is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the CleanTech sector.
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
