Global Services Manager - Remote Role at HSP Group

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Services Manager (GSM) remote to join our dynamic team at HSP Group. As a GSM, you will be the primary liaison for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience in managing global HR, payroll, compliance, and advisory services. This role is pivotal in helping our clients scale faster and reduce risks in their international operations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their needs throughout the lifecycle of Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
• Implement contracted Payroll and Employer of Record (EoR) services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with Global Services Associates (GSAs) to support onboarding and service transitions.
• Create project plans, rollout/transition plans, and maintain RAIDS logs to track project progress.
• Forecast Go Live dates and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide excellent customer-centric service and act as an Account Manager to resolve critical issues.
• Monitor service delivery status and align with GSAs and Operations Director as necessary.
• Update and maintain BAU systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing service delivery role, specifically within global HR or payroll services.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with project management experience in payroll implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
