Python Automation Test Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We’re Hiring: Python Automation Test Engineer (Remote). Shift Boolean is looking for an experienced Python Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, contributing to the development of robust automation frameworks and ensuring the quality of our applications.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python and PyTest.
• Perform End-to-End (E2E) testing for web applications.
• Write clean, scalable UI automation using Selenium.
• Implement Page Object Model (POM) best practices.
• Generate meaningful reports using Allure.
• Run cross-browser testing using BrowserStack.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams in an agile setup.
• Take ownership of test quality from design to execution.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Python automation testing.
• Completed a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with PyTest, Selenium, E2E testing, POM, Allure reporting, and BrowserStack.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools.
