About the Role

We are seeking a Global Digital Marketing Specialist for Google Ads Performance to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our marketing team, you will help businesses in the German-speaking market optimize their Google Ads campaigns and drive online growth.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with German companies and agencies on Google Ads strategies.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns to enhance performance and ROI.
  • Develop tailored growth strategies for clients, identifying upselling opportunities within the Google product portfolio.
  • Work in a performance-based environment with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Communicate proactively via phone, video conference, and email.
  • Be part of an international sales team with a direct impact on the German online advertising market.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Initial experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in PPC, Google Ads, or Performance Marketing.
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Interest in technology and online advertising.

  • Experience with Google Ads certifications.
