Lead Talent Development Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Lead Talent Development Specialist remote position at Bloomreach. In this role, you will be a senior individual contributor within our People team, owning key Talent Development topics and driving high-impact programs across the organization. Your work will directly influence how we develop our talent and enhance our company culture.
What You'll Do
- Design, own, and continuously improve global Talent Development programs, ensuring they align with our company strategy.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, defining goals, success measures, and implementation strategies.
- Influence and partner with key stakeholders, including HRBPs and business leaders, to drive the adoption of Talent Development initiatives.
- Utilize data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and make informed decisions about prioritization and trade-offs.
- Act as a player-coach, sharing best practices and coordinating with team members on specific projects.
- Manage key vendors and tools to ensure they deliver value and are effectively utilized within the organization.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Talent/People Development, with expertise in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Culture & Engagement.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing company-wide programs in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Deep functional expertise in Talent Development and a working knowledge of the broader People domain.
