What You'll Do

• Manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide legal insights on M&A activities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal operations, preferably in the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their legal implications.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and management.
• Experience in M&A, compliance, and risk management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-related legal frameworks.
• Familiarity with tax structuring and corporate law.
• Knowledge of Delaware Limited Partnerships and venture capital law.
